Dr. Ford Albritton is an expert in many areas within the ENT field, including: Sinus & Rhinology Minimally Invasive Sinus and Septal Surgery Balloon Sinuplasty He's driven by his passion to deliver the most successful outcomes in a safe and caring way NOT in an assembly line manner.  Dr. Albritton is one of the nation’s most experienced surgeons with sinus surgery and balloon sinuplasty. Albritton has given many lectures on the topic and consulted on the design of new medical devices.  He was even issued a patent on a medical instrument design related to sinus surgery.  He authored the preeminent publication regarding awake in-office procedures, and has trained numerous physicians in the region and beyond.  In fact, many of Dallas' best ENT doctors were were tutored by Dr. Albritton in the use of balloon sinus instruments and techniques.   His education includes: B.S.; Texas A&M University; Cum Laude (through early admittance combined BA/MD program at A&M) M.D.; Texas A&M University College of Medicine; With Honors (graduated 3rd in his class) Internship and Residency;  Emory University School of Medicine --He served as Chief Resident 6 months early (from 1999- 2001) He has served as Board Chairman for the Texas Institute for Surgery as well as serving as Chairman of Otolaryngology at Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas. He currently serves as Vice-Chairman for Texas Health Dallas.   He is board certified in Otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat) and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. A Dallas native, he has been recognized by D Magazine as one of the Best ENT doctors in Dallas every year from 2006 through 2016. Specifically within the sinus and rhinology fields, Dr. Albritton’s professional interests include molecular and inflammatory pathways in sinusitis subtypes and cellular protection strategies, therapies and techniques. During his free time, Dr. Albritton enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, traveling, cycling, painting, cooking, and listening to music.
